Noxy Brothers in Central London is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to take full ownership of one of our busy coffee and bagel sites.

You will lead a team of baristas and supervisors, drive sales and operational standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

This role requires at least 2 years in hospitality management, experience in coffee or QSR, and strong leadership with a KPI-driven approach.

You will work weekends, manage rotas, and collaborate with senior leadership on improvements.
