The Role
This position requires hands-on leadership. You will set an example on the bar while assisting the Store Manager with daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading shifts and supporting team members during service.
- Maintaining our high coffee standards and consistency.
- Coaching baristas on technique, speed, and flow.
- Opening and closing the store as needed.
- Facilitating training for new hires.
- Ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
- Taking on key holder responsibilities during shifts.
About You
- Strong experience in specialty coffee.
- Previous experience in a senior barista or supervisor role.
- Capable of managing shifts and supporting colleagues.
- Calm, organized, and reliable under pressure.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Flexible for early starts and weekend shifts.
