Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labour. Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work runs inside an organization alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints. Noxus helps regulated enterprises design, deploy, govern, and improve AI-enabled operations. Our AI workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
We work with customers across financial services, manufacturing, utilities, government, and other process-intensive industries. We have customers live in production, strong market pull, and an opportunity to define how enterprise work is redesigned for the age of AI.
The role involves hiring a Marketing Executive to help make Noxus and the category we are building understandable, relevant, and visible to enterprise buyers. This is a hands-on role across social media, video, content, events, and campaign execution. You will manage Noxus and founder social channels, create and appear in short-form videos, organise events, and work with Sales and Marketing to take campaigns from initial idea through publication and follow-up.
You will be expected to develop ideas, not simply wait for detailed briefs. The role suits someone creative, commercially aware, comfortable on camera, and interested in turning complex AI and operational topics into clear, engaging content. You will work closely with the founders, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, design, and external partners.
What you will do:
- Manage the content calendar and day-to-day execution for Noxus and founder social channels
- Create and appear in short-form videos explaining product capabilities, workflows, customer problems, and market trends
- Develop content ideas for enterprise buyers across operations, transformation, technology, quality, and AI
- Coordinate the production and publication of social posts, videos, customer stories, event content, and campaign assets
- Organise executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, conferences, and other customer-facing events
- Work with Sales on account-focused campaigns, event promotion, content distribution, and follow-up
- Track channel growth, audience engagement, content performance, event outcomes, and contribution to pipeline
What we are looking for:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content, social media, events, communications, or campaign execution
- Strong on-camera presence and the confidence to present technical or business topics clearly
- Good editorial judgement and the ability to identify ideas that will interest senior enterprise audiences
- Experience managing social channels and taking content from concept through production and publication
- Strong project management skills across multiple campaigns, contributors, and deadlines
- Commercial awareness and an interest in how marketing supports account engagement, meetings, and pipeline
- High initiative, attention to detail, and comfort working without highly prescriptive briefs
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, automation, manufacturing, financial services, or another regulated industry would be useful but is not required
Help build the voice and visibility of a new enterprise AI category. Work directly with founders on content, social media, events, and campaigns. Gain broad experience across brand, product, demand generation, and sales-led marketing. Create content about AI already running complex enterprise operations in production. Take meaningful ownership early in your career. Join a high-performance team with significant scope to grow your role.
