Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labor. Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work runs inside an organization alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints. Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment platforms, and bespoke internal software. Noxus is the execution layer that lets enterprises design, deploy, govern, and improve AI labour in production. We have customers live in production, strong market pull, and growth so far has been founder-led. We are now building the marketing team that will turn that momentum into a repeatable go-to-market engine.
The Roles
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and run demand programs across account-based marketing, events, content, partnerships, and sales-led campaigns. Noxus does not need generic lead generation. We sell to senior buyers in regulated enterprises through complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes. Our growth motion must be focused, account-based, and closely coordinated with Sales. You will be responsible for creating engagement and qualified pipeline within the accounts and markets that matter most. This is a generalist growth role with significant ownership across strategy, execution, measurement, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Partnerships, content, design, and the founders.
What you will do
- Build and run ABM programs for priority verticals, segments, and named accounts
- Partner with Sales on account selection, buying groups, campaign plays, and follow-up
- Plan and execute executive events, roundtables, dinners, webinars, conferences, and partner programs
- Develop integrated campaigns across content, events, outbound, paid media, partnerships, and direct mail
- Build content programs that support category creation, account engagement, and sales progression
- Coordinate campaign production with content, design, Product Marketing, Sales, and external partners
- Track account engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline progression, and campaign influence
What we are looking for
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or integrated campaigns
- Experience in enterprise SaaS, AI, automation, data, infrastructure, fintech, or regulated industries
- Strong understanding of sales-led growth, named-account strategies, and complex buying committees
- Experience running ABM programs and executive or industry events
- Ability to connect campaigns, events, and content to meetings, opportunities, and pipeline
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
- Practical, analytical, and comfortable operating in an early-stage environment
Competitive Salary + Stock Options + Healthcare. Build the growth engine from the ground up. Shape the ABM, event, and content strategy behind a new enterprise AI category. Work directly with founders, Sales, Product Marketing, and Partnerships. Focus on account quality, executive engagement, and pipeline rather than lead volume. High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside.
