ABOUT NOXUS
Noxus is building the process intelligence layer for the age of AI labour. Enterprise AI is no longer constrained only by models, data, or compute. The harder problem is execution: how AI work actually runs inside an organization, alongside humans, legacy systems, outsourced teams, compliance requirements, and operational constraints. Noxus helps regulated enterprises redesign and run complex operations with AI workers. These workers do not just answer questions. They read inbound requests, understand documents, gather evidence across systems, apply policies, request approvals when needed, and write outcomes back into core operational tools with full traceability.
We are built for legacy-heavy environments where critical work runs across SAP, Oracle, CRM platforms, policy systems, loan systems, claims platforms, payment platforms, and bespoke internal software. Much of this work still depends on humans moving information between documents, emails, portals, spreadsheets, queues, and systems. That is where Noxus is most relevant: work that is too complex, regulated, and system-dependent for simple automation, but too costly and slow to leave as manual human execution. We are not a chatbot company, a self-serve agent builder, or a narrow workflow tool. Noxus is the execution layer that lets enterprises design, deploy, govern, and improve AI labour in production. We have customers live in production, strong pull from the market, and growth so far has been founder-led. Now we are building the sales team that turns that momentum into a repeatable GTM engine.
THE ROLE
We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own full-cycle enterprise sales for Noxus. You will be early enough to shape how we sell, not inherit a polished playbook. This is a role for someone who wants to run their territory like a business: generating pipeline, building executive relationships, diagnosing complex operational problems, creating urgency, and leading senior buyers through high-stakes enterprise decisions. The challenge is not simply selling software. The challenge is helping regulated enterprises understand why AI labour requires a new execution layer, why existing automation approaches are not enough, and how Noxus can move AI from experiment to production across real operational work. You will sell into senior leaders across operations, technology, transformation, AI, and business ownership. You will work closely with founders, Sales Development, Product Marketing, Growth, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery. Your work will shape how Noxus sells: our qualification model, account strategy, executive narrative, commercial process, and enterprise sales playbook.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from account strategy and pipeline generation through discovery, evaluation, commercial negotiation, procurement, security, and close.
- Generate and shape your own pipeline, partnering with SDRs, Growth Marketing, Partnerships, and founders while also creating opportunities through your own outbound and executive network.
- Build relationships with senior buyers, including COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Heads of Transformation, AI Operations leaders, Customer Operations leaders, and business unit executives.
- Run consultative discovery across complex organizations to understand operational pain, workflow complexity, legacy system dependencies, compliance requirements, business impact, and decision dynamics.
- Diagnose where Noxus can create meaningful value across document-heavy workflows, regulated processes, customer operations, back-office execution, approvals, evidence gathering, and legacy-system orchestration.
- Lead with a clear point of view on AI labour in regulated enterprises: what is real, what is hype, what can go into production, and what governance is required.
- Deliver compelling demos, tailored decks, business cases, ROI narratives, and executive-ready proposals that connect Noxus’ platform to concrete operational outcomes.
- Partner closely with Delivery and Product to design credible paths from first use case to production deployment, and from initial deployment to broader enterprise expansion.
- Navigate complex buying committees across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, procurement, security, and legal.
- Build mutual action plans that create clarity for buyers and internal teams, turning ambiguous enterprise evaluations into structured commercial processes.
- Develop account strategies for priority verticals, especially financial services and other regulated enterprise segments.
- Bring sharp field insight back to Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and the founders so our roadmap, messaging, packaging, and sales motion improve with every deal.
- Help define the sales playbook, including qualification, discovery, proof of value, stakeholder mapping, objection handling, pricing, procurement strategy, and expansion motions.
- Act as a product evangelist and trusted advisor, helping the market understand how AI workers can safely and reliably run real enterprise work.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5–7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience, including ownership of complex end-to-end sales cycles.
- Experience selling six- and seven-figure ACV deals into large or regulated organizations.
- A track record of building C-suite and senior executive relationships through consultative, value-based selling.
- Experience selling complex products where the buyer journey involves multiple stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, procurement, and security.
- Strong commercial judgment. You know how to qualify opportunities, create urgency, build consensus, manage risk, and progress enterprise deals without relying on a rigid playbook.
- Comfort operating in an early-stage environment. You are driven, thoughtful, autonomous, and willing to try things before the process is fully defined.
- Ability to sell both vision and detail. You can tell the strategic story of AI labour while also going deep on workflows, systems, implementation, governance, and operational impact.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI, automation, data, workflow, or infrastructure markets. Experience selling AI products is a strong plus.
- Experience selling into financial services, fintech, insurance, lending, payments, or other regulated industries is a strong plus.
- Enough technical fluency to hold your own with CIOs, CTOs, Product leaders, AI leaders, and enterprise architects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. You are concise, credible, specific, and commercially sharp with customers and internal teams.
- A strong demo and storytelling instinct. You can tailor the conversation to the buyer, the use case, the industry, and the maturity of the account.
- Excitement about using AI inside your own sales motion, from account research and signal monitoring to outreach, call preparation, follow-up, and deal strategy.
- Resilience, ambition, and high standards. You want to build a world-class enterprise sales motion and be measured by the quality and scale of the business you create.
WHY JOIN NOXUS
- Shape the sales motion for a new category of enterprise AI.
- Sell a product already running real operations in production.
- Work directly with founders, Product, Delivery, Growth, Partnerships, and Product Marketing.
- Own meaningful enterprise deals at the moment when regulated companies are moving AI from experimentation to execution.
- Help senior buyers understand how AI labour can transform complex work across legacy systems, documents, approvals, policies, and operational queues.
- Build the commercial playbook that future sales hires will learn from.
- Join early enough to influence territory strategy, vertical focus, messaging, qualification, pricing, packaging, and expansion motion.
- High ownership, high visibility, and meaningful equity upside.
- Office-first role in London or Lisbon.
