We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong consulting background and project management experience, particularly in Data, AI, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate must have proven experience engaging with US and UK clients in a consulting role and delivering complex business and technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • Manage and deliver data, AI, and transformation projects, balancing scope, cost, and timelines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders (C-level, VPs, Directors) across client organizations to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Drive process-oriented project governance ensuring adherence to frameworks, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Build, manage, and mentor small to mid-size project teams ensuring collaboration, performance, and delivery excellence.
  • Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans to avoid escalations.
  • Partner with business leaders, consulting teams, and technical specialists to design and implement value-driven solutions.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, ensuring change management, adoption, and measurable impact.
  • Contribute to upsell and cross-sell within the account through opportunity identification, proposal support, and client engagement.
  • Conduct client-facing workshops, presentations, and governance forums showcasing project status, insights, and recommendations.

  • Strong program & project management expertise across Data, analytics, or technology-led transformation initiatives.
  • Consulting acumen with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders and shape project direction.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-region projects (preferably US and UK).
  • Methodologies expertise (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) with flexibility to adapt as per client/project needs.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and building delivery capability.
  • Hands-on experience with budget management, contracts, invoicing, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of process improvement and governance practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
