About the Role

In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of digital systems, contributing to everything from online forms and CRM processes to reporting dashboards and data analysis. You will gain exposure to real client projects while learning how a SaaS platform is used to deliver large-scale programmes across the UK.

  • Working closely with delivery and support teams to understand client requirements
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical or data-related issues
  • Supporting ongoing improvements to internal systems and platform functionality

About the Platform

These include initiatives funded by government and delivered by organisations such as local authorities, universities, and business support providers. The system supports areas such as:

  • Programme and participant management
  • Grant funding and tracking
  • Marketing and engagement
  • Data reporting and dashboards

You will gain first-hand experience of how technology supports real-world services at scale.

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Any experience with CRM systems or SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to reporting tools or dashboards
  • Experience in a client-facing or support environment

What You Will Gain

  • Hands-on experience in a real SaaS and data-driven environment
  • Training and support to develop technical skills
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, CRM platforms, and data systems
  • The chance to work on meaningful projects supporting organisations across the UK
  • Clear progression pathways into roles such as: Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, CRM / Platform Specialist, Technical Support Analyst

Benefits

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
  • Healthcare benefits (including dental and eye care after probation)
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Employer pension contributions
  • Access to financial planning support
  • Regular team socials and charity events
