About the Role: The Content Creator Apprentice will work closely with the digital and creative team. You will be responsible for supporting our Social Media Company in executing our clients' social media and content marketing. This role will give you the opportunity to work on a number of social media marketing strategies and offer flexibility to learn about other digital marketing functions. Our clients are varied, and as such, the role will provide a range of content marketing opportunities within ecommerce.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Digital PR & Social Media Manager on client social media strategies.
- Supporting influencer communications and relationship building between creators and clients.
- Scheduling content across multiple channels.
- Planning monthly content calendars for Social Media.
- Identifying opportunities for the Social Media Manager to utilise in a wider strategy.
- Managing our clients' presence on Social Channels, including but not limited to; research (e.g. hashtag and competitor), community management, posting, scheduling, creating content and reporting.
- Bringing new campaign ideas to the team based on new trends and features.
- Collaborating with the team to offer key insights and opportunities.
- Being involved with all aspects of content within the marketing team, such as; creating blogs, creating content (video and still), writing copy for ads, and supporting monthly reports and involvement in the E-commerce Website.
We're looking for an apprentice who:

- Has a can-do attitude and isn't afraid of getting stuck in.
- Doesn't shy away from a challenge and is eager to learn.
- Has good organisation and communication skills.
- Is aware of new trends in social media and technology.
- Has an eye for detail and is confident to create monthly plans.
- Has a competent level of written English.
- Is passionate and proactive about learning.
Desired but not essential:
- Evidence of previous blog creation, video/film editing and/or creation or the planning of monthly tasks.
- Has a basic understanding of individual digital marketing functions.
- Any relevant marketing experience.
