As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Quality Assistant who is passionate about education, detail, and continuous improvement.
Working closely with our Quality Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality apprenticeship programmes by strengthening our quality assurance processes, improving learner experience, and ensuring we remain Ofsted‑ready at all times. This is an ideal role for someone with a teaching or training background who wants to develop their career in quality and compliance.
- Supporting quality assurance across teaching, learning, and assessment
- Gathering and analysing feedback from apprentices, employers, and delivery teams
- Contributing to quality improvement plans and Ofsted preparation
