We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated
Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice
to join our team in Huddersfield. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to understand how marketing works across a business and gain experience across a variety of channels. You'll be involved in supporting marketing activity, communicating with customers, helping to promote the business and contributing ideas to future campaigns. Alongside your role, you'll complete a
Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship , giving you the opportunity to put your learning into practice within the workplace. What You'll Be Doing
Your role will involve supporting the day-to-day marketing activity of the business, including: Assisting with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns. Helping to develop marketing plans and promotional activity. Supporting email marketing and customer communications. Updating website content and ensuring information is kept current. Managing and maintaining customer and marketing databases. Carrying out market and competitor research. Helping to identify and understand target audiences. Supporting the development of promotional materials. Assisting with social media management and scheduling. Tracking marketing activity and reviewing campaign results. Using data and insights to help improve future marketing activity. Supporting the team with events, promotions and other marketing projects. Working with different areas of the business to ensure marketing activity supports wider business objectives. What We're Looking For
You don't need previous marketing experience, we're looking for someone with
enthusiasm, curiosity and a genuine interest in how businesses attract and communicate with customers . You'll ideally be: A strong written and verbal communicator. Organised and able to manage your workload. Interested in business, marketing and current trends. Comfortable using computers and learning new systems. Analytical and interested in understanding what makes marketing successful. Creative and confident sharing ideas. Reliable, proactive and willing to learn. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Any experience with social media, Canva, Microsoft Office, email marketing or other digital platforms would be beneficial but is not essential.
