As a Now Skills IT apprentice, you will use the latest technology to diagnose and resolve IT issues.

This apprenticeship gives you the opportunity to configure new systems, install and manage new software, and test hardware, all whilst earning real, accredited qualifications.

Your role as an IT Apprentice will include: * To provide technical assistance and software assistance during and outside of lessons. * To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. * To work alongside the Network Managers & Senior Technicians to continually develop the IT infrastructures. * Respond to inquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. * Install and terminate switches & seamless wifi solutions. * Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice. * To help arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house by liaising with relevant admin staff.
