Were looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join a growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across content, email marketing, social media, customer engagement and marketing analytics.
This is a varied, hands-on marketing role supporting all three areas of the business.
You'll be responsible for keeping our digital presence accurate, engaging and up to date, while creating learning and marketing assets that help our teams deliver exceptional experiences for clients and learners.
The role sits at the intersection of marketing, content production and digital operations. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, likes learning new technology and is comfortable switching between website updates, campaign execution and content creation on any given day.
What will you be doing?
- Creating and sending email, SMS and in-app campaigns.
- Writing copy for emails, social media and member communications.
- Supporting social media and community engagement.
- Creating simple graphics and video content.
- Promoting webinars, training and educational content.
- Supporting customer onboarding and engagement.
- Monitoring campaign performance and analysing data.
- Testing new marketing ideas and using results to improve campaigns.
- Helping improve the customer journey and member experience.
