The Role:
As a Network Engineer Apprentice, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organisation's IT infrastructure. You'll gain exposure to a range of networking technologies and support the delivery of reliable and secure IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
- Supporting the monitoring and performance of network systems.
- Troubleshooting network, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Assisting with the implementation of network security measures.
- Supporting user access management and system administration activities.
- Helping maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Recording, tracking, and resolving IT support tickets.

- The right to work in the UK
- Lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
- GCSE English and maths minimum requirement at grade 3 or above (or equivalent)
- A qualification or part qualification or work experience in a related area at a lower or the same level is also required.
