Content Creator & Digital Marketing Apprentice . This is an exciting opportunity to build real-world experience creating content that reaches thousands of people while gaining a recognised qualification. This isn't an apprenticeship where you'll spend your days scheduling posts or making coffee.

You'll be actively involved in creating videos, taking photos, editing content, spotting trends, and helping shape a growing brand's online presence. If you're the type of person who sees something happening and immediately thinks " that would make a great TikTok " or " we should get a photo of that ", we'd love to hear from you. About the Role: Content creation will be at the heart of your apprenticeship. You'll create engaging social media content that showcases what happens behind the scenes of a busy business environment, helping to tell stories, engage audiences, and build brand awareness. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of platforms including: TikTok Instagram Facebook LinkedIn YouTube Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll develop practical skills in content planning, filming, photography, editing, social media management, and wider digital marketing. What You'll Be Doing:

Content Creation & Social Media Creating short-form video content for social media. Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. Taking high-quality photographs for social content and marketing campaigns. Designing simple graphics and visual content. Writing engaging social media captions and post copy. Capturing behind-the-scenes content from day-to-day business activities. Identifying content opportunities and suggesting creative ideas. Supporting content planning and scheduling. Photography & Videography Shooting photos and videos using smartphones and cameras. Editing content using industry-standard software and tools. Learning how to create content that drives engagement and brand awareness. Repurposing content across multiple platforms. Digital Marketing: As part of your apprenticeship, you'll also gain exposure to broader areas of digital marketing, including: Paid Social Advertising Email Marketing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Website Content Management Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) Marketing Analytics & Reporting Campaign Planning Audience Research This will help you develop into a well-rounded digital marketing professional while specialising in content creation. What We're Looking For: We're not expecting years of experience. This is an apprenticeship. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm to learn. Essential Qualities: ? Passion for social media and digital marketing ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ? Creative mindset with lots of ideas ? Excellent attention to detail ? Confidence taking photos and recording videos ? Willingness to learn and try new things ? Positive attitude and strong work ethic ? Good organisational skills ? Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience: Creating content for your own social media channels. Basic photo or video editing experience. Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Interest in photography, videography, content creation, or marketing. School, college, part-time work, volunteering, or personal projects that demonstrate creativity and commitment.
