This isn't an apprenticeship where you'll spend your days scheduling posts or making coffee. You'll be actively involved in creating videos, taking photos, editing content, spotting trends, and helping shape a growing brand's online presence.
About the Role:
Content creation will be at the heart of your apprenticeship. You'll create engaging social media content that showcases what happens behind the scenes of a busy business environment, helping to tell stories, engage audiences, and build brand awareness. You'll gain hands-on experience across a variety of platforms including:
- TikTok
- YouTube
Working alongside experienced marketing professionals, you'll develop practical skills in content planning, filming, photography, editing, social media management, and wider digital marketing.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Creating short-form video content for social media.
- Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
- Taking high-quality photographs for social content and marketing campaigns.
- Designing simple graphics and visual content.
- Writing engaging social media captions and post copy.
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content from day-to-day business activities.
- Identifying content opportunities and suggesting creative ideas.
- Supporting content planning and scheduling.
Photography & Videography:
- Shooting photos and videos using smartphones and cameras.
- Editing content using industry-standard software and tools.
