Provide friendly and professional support to customers Help resolve
IT issues and technical queries Take ownership of support requests and see them through to resolution Log and manage support tickets using the company's support system Troubleshoot desktop and computer-related issues Identify customer needs and find effective solutions Work with field engineers when issues require an on-site visit Help coordinate maintenance, installations and warranty work Complete administrative tasks and keep customer records up to date Learn how to manage support requests from initial contact through to resolution About You
