A plumbing supply company are seeking a motivated ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join their Business Systems Support Team based in Stockton Heath (WA4). This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. The apprentice will support the administration and day-to-day operation of company systems while working alongside experienced IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming IT support calls and emails in line with defined processes and service levels
  • Identify technical issues and advise on appropriate solutions
  • Log and track incidents accurately within the IT Service Management system
  • Escalate issues to third-party vendors where required and monitor progress
  • Provide support for desktop systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Assist with user account management and maintenance processes
  • Support installation and configuration of system applications where required
  • Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and diagnosing IT problems
  • Maintain records of IT assets including hardware and software licences
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and improvements
  • Support the creation of systems training materials and documentation

Apprenticeship Training

Additional Information

Apprentices may be required to work one Saturday every 8-12 weeks. This role offers the opportunity to build practical IT support skills within a professional team environment.
