About Us NowSkills is a specialist digital apprenticeships & training provider dedicated to helping individuals develop their skills, start & build successful careers and achieve their potential, while supporting our employer-partners to grow their businesses. We work with a wide range of employers, apprentices, schools and colleges, creating opportunities and making a real difference to individuals and businesses. Marketing plays an important role in everything we do. From promoting our apprenticeship opportunities and building relationships with employers to showcasing apprentice success stories, we are always looking for new ways to grow our brand, reach new audiences and make an impact. We're now looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing activity forward. About the Role This is a varied, hands-on Marketing Manager role, offering the opportunity to get involved in all areas of marketing while managing and supporting a small, office-based team. You'll help oversee the day-to-day running of the marketing department, coordinate campaigns and ensure our marketing activity is engaging, consistent and delivered to a high standard. We're looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing, and is truly passionate about what we do. While you'll be responsible for managing the team and overseeing activity, this isn't a role where you'll simply be delegating tasks. You'll be happy getting involved yourself, whether that's creating content, writing blogs and newsletters, planning campaigns or attending events, all the while being an ambassador for what we do. No two days will be quite the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and wants to make a real contribution to a growing business. Key Responsibilities

Help to develop content across our social media channels. Create engaging content to promote NowSkills, our apprenticeships, employer partnerships and success stories. Capture photo and video content by visiting employers, attending events and interviewing apprentices. Edit and prepare video content for social media, including reels and short-form videos. Keep up to date with social media trends and new content opportunities. 4. Copywriting & Written Content

Write engaging and informative content for a variety of marketing channels. Create blogs, newsletters, articles and website content. Produce copy for email campaigns, social media posts and promotional materials. Adapt tone and messaging to suit different audiences, including employers, apprentices and prospective candidates. Help develop ideas for new content that supports brand awareness, engagement and lead generation. Ensure all written content is accurate, engaging and consistent with the NowSkills brand. 5. Marketing Reporting & Performance

Monitor and analyse marketing performance across different channels. Prepare regular marketing reports and updates for director and management meetings. Report on key statistics, including social media performance, email campaign results, website engagement and candidate applications. Track leads, enquiries and applications to help understand the impact of marketing activity. Identify trends, highlight successes and areas for improvement, and make recommendations based on the data. 6. Events & Brand Promotion

Support and attend careers fairs, employer events, exhibitions and business networking events. Help coordinate event marketing materials and promotional merchandise. Ensure branded merchandise and resources are organised, stocked and ready for events and meetings. Look for opportunities to increase brand awareness through face-to-face and traditional marketing.
