About the Role
We are seeking an engaging, forward-thinking, experienced or trainee Leadership & Management Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching, coaching, and assessment across Level 4 and Level 5 programmes including AI strategy and application. You will inspire current and aspiring leaders to develop the behaviours, skills, and strategic mindset needed in modern organisations—while helping them understand how AI is reshaping leadership, decision-making, communication, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, employer-aligned training sessions for Leadership & Management apprenticeships
- Support apprentices to achieve timely, successful EPA outcomes.
- Integrate AI concepts, new technologies, and digital leadership themes into learning delivery.
- Conduct progress reviews, provide developmental feedback, and maintain accurate learner records.
- Collaborate with NowSkills Product Managers and internal teams to continuously improve curriculum, resources, and delivery quality.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted, DfE and awarding body requirements.
Desirable Experience
- Experience delivering apprenticeships or vocational training.
- Understanding of how AI is influencing leadership, communication, and organisational culture.
Salary negotiable. There is also a bonus scheme and career advancement opportunities. Private Healthcare and dental plan is included after 2 years of service.
