As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of digital marketing functions including PPC, SEO, email, paid campaigns, social media, analytics, and content optimisation. You'll work closely with experienced marketing professionals and contribute to real campaigns while building industry-ready skills.
You'll work toward a Level 3 Digital Marketing / Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by a specialist training provider.
About the Role
As part of a busy marketing team, you'll support campaign delivery, optimise digital content, analyse performance data, and help drive online engagement. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing, data, and creative problem-solving.

- Product packaging
- Brands decks
- Graphics for websites
- Social media assets
- Facebook & Instagram adverts
- Editing content in both image and video format
- Leaflet design
- Point Of Sales for instore and online
- Graphics for retailers
- Product photography
- Web design and development
- Modify and revise existing designs to our needs to improve our design quality
Full training, guidance, and mentoring will be provided throughout.
What You Will Learn
During the apprenticeship, you will develop skills in:
- PPC, SEO, and paid social campaign management
- Data analysis and interpreting marketing metrics
- Landing page optimisation and conversion rate improvement
- Email marketing and CRM-based communication
- Content creation and content management
- Multi-platform communication and customer engagement
- Working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
- Understanding digital marketing strategies and optimisation tactics
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Experience in graphic design using full Adobe Suite e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign and Canva
- Strong social media skills and preferably a good following on Instagram or TikTok
- Ensure content is of high quality, current and in keeping with our brand identity.
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Be well organised and able to prioritise
- Keen interest in the Beauty industry
- Have the ability to use their own initiative
