We are a UK-based IT and Wi-Fi support provider delivering expert technical services to businesses nationwide. We are offering an exciting opportunity for an ICT Level 3 Apprentice to join our friendly and supportive Service Desk Team, working at the heart of our operations. As the first point of contact for clients and customers, you will provide professional, responsive support while gaining hands-on experience within a fast-paced IT environment. This role offers excellent opportunities to learn new systems and technologies, develop technical knowledge, and progress within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support by responding to incidents and service requests via telephone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Log, update, and manage service desk tickets through to resolution or escalation
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently following call workflow procedures
  • Dispatch calls and emails accurately to engineers within agreed timeframes
  • Carry out scheduled daily administrative and support tasks
  • Monitor systems for incidents or warnings and take appropriate action
  • Communicate updates and changes clearly to customers and internal teams

Location

This is a site-based role. Applicants must be able to commute to the head office in Preston (PR4 area).
