Your role as a
Data
Apprentice: Be the first point of contact for clients, reviewing documents, identification checks and answering ongoing queries.
Liaise with lenders, to gather relevant documentation and information necessary for claims.
Provide advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process.
Data entry via the CRM and spreadsheets.
Analysis and reporting.
CRM/Data management.
Answering calls from the reception line.
Various admin tasks on our in-house systems.

Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills to assess information and support decision-making processes.
Ability to manage varied tasks efficiently and effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively. .
Proficient in using standard office software applications (e. g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
