The Role: Apprentice IT Consultant
As an Apprentice IT Consultant, you'll be at the heart of our mission to improve education outcomes using technology. You'll provide first-class support across a range of platforms including Microsoft, Google, and Apple, while developing your skills on real client sites. You'll be doing things like:
- Monitoring the service board and triaging incoming IT requests
- Delivering friendly, effective support to client schools
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with a solution-focused mindset
- Keeping documentation and ticket information up-to-date
- Assisting with smaller on-site IT projects
- Working closely with IT Consultants, Account Managers, and Service Delivery teams
