Based at our modern offices in Haydock, Merseyside, this apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the energy and utilities sector. You will support the validation, management, and reporting of client energy bills, learning how to identify errors, analyse data, and ensure accuracy across gas, electricity, and water invoices. With full training and support, you will gradually build an understanding of industry processes, systems, and terminology. You will also play a role in developing and improving internal systems used to deliver a high-quality service to clients.
Day to day, you will assist with reviewing billing data, highlighting discrepancies, and helping to resolve issues with suppliers, developing valuable analytical and problem-solving skills along the way.

Key Responsibilities- Support the collection of data from suppliers and internal systems
- Assist with checking and validating energy invoices
- Help identify and investigate billing discrepancies
- Support raising and tracking invoice queries
- Assist with setting up new client accounts on internal systems
- Help maintain accurate client and supplier records
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting
