Nower is a tech-enabled private market investor, currently focused on data-driven real estate development in London. We specialise in identifying overlooked opportunities in London’s period residential properties through industry leading underwriting technology, transforming them through innovative re-configuration strategies. Since our launch in 2023, we’ve been growing rapidly, developing over £12m+ in projects across prime locations such as Belgravia, Battersea, and Clapham. Our current mission is to deliver more efficient and higher-quality housing in London by re-purposing period buildings and developing technology to streamline and optimise key components of property development, such as underwriting & construction management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to redefine how Nower delivers its developments and scales its construction operations. You will be responsible for building our operational framework and leading the charge on transforming our construction delivery model. You will work closely with leadership and the tech team to tackle some of the toughest and most exciting challenges in real estate development, including optimising multi-site operations, streamlining subcontractor management, and maintaining top-tier quality across projects. This role is hands-on and project-based, with a focus on high-impact operational initiatives which leverage innovative technology to drive market-leading advancements in property development execution.

This role will position you to play a key part in shaping the construction arm of the business, offering the skills and leadership experience to lead teams and drive operational excellence as we scale.
- Manage multiple development sites across Central London, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors while building and developing high-performing teams to support multi-site operations.
- Work alongside tech to design and implement scalable processes for subcontractor management, material procurement, and snagging to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with building control and health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in construction management, project management, or a similar operational role within real estate development.
- Strong organisational, communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively.
- Commitment to learning, with a desire to develop new skills and grow alongside the business as it scales.
- Skilled at building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Degree in a STEM field (preferred but not essential) from a globally top 150 ranked university.
- Familiarity with AI tools, project management software, and data tools like SQL, Python, or R is a plus but not essential.
- Obsessively driven to achieve excellence, with a relentless focus on delivering high-quality results.
