This role is designed for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, and leadership.

You’ll work closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through a structured leadership development pathway. High performers are given increased responsibility early, with opportunities to move into Senior Account Management, Team Leadership, and Business Management roles based on results.

  • Supporting the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns
  • Analysing campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements
  • Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress

Management & Leadership Track:

  • Exposure to strategy, client growth planning, and performance analysis
  • Opportunities to lead projects and manage junior team members
  • A clear, merit-based pathway into Senior Account Manager, Team Leader, or Business Manager roles

Requirements:
