The Opportunity
This role is designed for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, and leadership. You’ll work closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through a structured leadership development pathway .
High performers are given increased responsibility early, with opportunities to move into Senior Account Management, Team Leadership, and Business Management roles based on results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns
- Managing client communication and relationships across multiple channels
- Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client use
- Analysing campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
Management & Leadership Track
As part of our leadership pipeline, you’ll receive:

- Exposure to strategy, client growth planning, and performance analysis
