The Opportunity
This role is designed for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a long-term career in account management, sales, and leadership. You'll work closely with senior Account Managers and Sales Leaders, gaining hands-on experience while progressing through a structured leadership development pathway. High performers are given increased responsibility early, with opportunities to move into Senior Account Management, Team Leadership, and Business Management roles based on results.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day management and growth of client accounts
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to deliver strategic campaigns
- Managing client communication and relationships across multiple channels
- Preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client use
- Analysing campaign performance and contributing to strategic improvements
- Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members as you progress
Management & Leadership Track
