We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of multi‑channel campaigns and drive performance across our expanding portfolio. If you’re passionate about data‑driven marketing, delivering exceptional online experiences, and contributing to a brand that supports students during one of the most important phases of their lives, we’d love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll lead the day‑to‑day digital strategy, working closely with Operations, Business Excellence, and our on‑site teams. This is a hands‑on role covering PPC, SEO, website optimisation, analytics, and digital performance across all channels.
Website Management & Development- Manage ongoing content updates, performance monitoring, and optimisation of the Now Student Living website
- Coordinate with our web development agency on updates, technical fixes, and enhancements
- Support improvements in UX, SEO, site speed, and lead capture
- Deliver activity across SEO, PPC, paid social, and additional performance channels
- Act as a key contact for external agencies, aligning activity plans, timelines, and reporting
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Maintain CRM and digital dashboards using data from CRM, website, and paid media platforms
- Analyse enquiries, lead progression, and conversion trends to support marketing and leasing insights
- Produce regular internal performance reports
- Work with sales and operations to ensure CRM data remains accurate and reporting‑ready
- Produce reports across traffic, SEO, paid media, and conversion metrics
- Use tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Search Console, and CRM data to identify opportunities
- Share insights and recommendations to drive performance and ongoing testing activity
- Partner with the wider marketing team to deliver aligned, consistent campaigns
- Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure digital activity supports leasing and occupancy targets
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
- Tenacious, collaborative, and confident influencing stakeholders

- Comfortable using tools like GA4, Looker Studio, and Search Console
