Overview
The Technical Consultant plays a key role in delivering successful platform implementations, supporting project activities from design through to execution. This includes participating in client workshops, developing clear and effective user stories, and ensuring the functional integrity of the platform and associated processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute expertise in one or more ServiceNow products (e.g., ITSM, IRM, TPRM, HRSD).
- Support and facilitate client design sessions and workshops.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, including configuration and scripting where necessary.
- Conduct platform demonstrations during project stages.
- Assess potential impacts of solutions across other platform areas.
- Maintain clear communication with both client and internal teams, supporting stakeholder management.
