ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect – IRM & Operational Resilience

Our client is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Architect with strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Operational Resilience. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering large-scale ServiceNow solutions that help organisations identify, assess, and manage risk while ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design: Architect end-to-end ServiceNow IRM solutions across modules such as Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, BCM, and Operational Resilience.
  • Client Engagement: Lead workshops with senior stakeholders, advise on best practices, and present solution recommendations.
  • Delivery Oversight: Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards, and oversee integrations with third-party systems.
  • Practice Development: Mentor junior team members, contribute to methodologies, and stay up to date with ServiceNow and industry trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales teams on pre-sales, and partner with other ServiceNow practices to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including development and architecture.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Third-Party Risk, BCM, Audit).
  • Strong background in operational resilience, risk frameworks, and business continuity.
  • Proven experience designing complex integrations (APIs, integration hubs, cloud platforms).
  • Advanced ServiceNow scripting and configuration skills.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale implementations, ideally in regulated industries.
