Role Overview
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer/Senior Technical Consultant, you will deliver technical solutions for ServiceNow SecOps implementations. You will engage with clients, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow SecOps applications.
- Work with clients to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Conduct design workshops and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
- Create clear technical and client-facing documentation.
- Support post-implementation troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow SecOps implementations.
- Must be able to get SC clearance
- ServiceNow certifications in any of the following: Security Incident Response (SIR), Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Risk and Compliance (R&C)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Location
Candidates based in the UK, Portugal, or the Netherlands, with occasional travel to the UK.
