We're partnered with a boutique Service Now Consultancy looking to hire a Service Now Engagement / Project Manager to add to the existing team.
You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving successful Service Now implementations and elements of customer success.
You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that Service Now programs deliver on time and within budget through the full life-cycle.
- As a Service Now Engagement Manager, you must have the following experience:
- 4+ years delivering Service Now projects
- Strong understanding of the Service Now platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc)
- Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally experience working in a Consultancy / Partner environment
The team are remote first – with some ad hoc client travel.
