We’re recruiting for a Junior Project Manager to join the team and support client delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a people-first, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, gathering requirements, running workshops, and translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Delivery Support : Work alongside consultants and architects to ensure solutions are aligned to customer goals and delivered successfully.
  • Product Ownership : Help shape the design and backlog for ServiceNow solutions, managing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Business Analysis : Document requirements, processes, and user stories to support project success.
  • Growth & Development : Learn directly from experienced ServiceNow leaders, with the opportunity to progress into senior client-facing roles.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in a ServiceNow role.
