The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Headhunting, cold calling, Linked In outreach, advertising and networking
- Studying the Service Now market and advising clients on hiring strategy
- Sourcing candidates against specific client requirements, from Technical Consultants and Developers to Business Analysts and Pre‑Sales
- Organising interview schedules and assessment processes
- Coaching candidates to help them succeed at interview
- Making placements and earning your commission
- The Ideal Candidate
- Degree educated
- Confident people skills, articulate and a strong communicator
- Competitive and money motivated
- Hard working, with evidence to back it up
- Curious about technology, or willing to learn: you don't need to know Service Now already, but you'll need to want to understand it
