We’re partnered with a boutique ServiceNow Consultancy looking to hire a ServiceNow Engagement / Project Manager to add to the existing team.
You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving successful ServiceNow implementations and elements of customer success.
You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring that ServiceNow programs deliver on time and within budget through the full life-cycle.
As a ServiceNow Engagement Manager, you must have the following experience:
- 4+ years delivering ServiceNow projects
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc)
- Ability to lead and deliver multiple projects concurrently
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ideally experience working in a Consultancy / Partner environment
The team are remote first – with some ad hoc client travel.
