Junior & Senior ServiceNow Developers

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for multiple ServiceNow Developers to work for one of our clients who are global ServiceNow partner located in the UK.

About the Role

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on ITSM and at least one of the following:

• ITOM
• CSM
• ITAM

What We’re Looking For

Senior ServiceNow Developer

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong proficiency in ITSM and proven experience in ITOM or CSM
• Ability to lead solution design, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP), and workflow automation
• Valid ServiceNow certifications required (e.g., CAD, CSA, CIS-ITSM/ITOM/CSM etc)

Junior ServiceNow Developer

• 1–2 years of ServiceNow development or configuration experience
• Experience with ITSM and exposure to ITOM or CSM
• Strong willingness to learn, problem-solve, and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem
• At least one ServiceNow certification (CSA required; others a plus)
