Job holder will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business.

They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. developing a client base (both direct and intermediated) for our Global and Admitted product, and achieve profitable sales growth in accordance with agreed targets.

  • ps To deploy effective account management strategies including mid year reviews, staff inductions and acting as day to day escalation and resolution point for brokers and HR manage
