We are looking for a highly driven and flexible individual with experience of teaching children and young people, who are learning in an alternative provision due to their individual needs. We are looking for a Tutor who is keen to engage with these pupils and influence their learning.

You will actively take on a Teacher role to enable pupils to develop holistically. You will facilitate their personal, social and educational development to enable them to reach their full potential in society.

This role would be perfect for someone who holds PGCE with QTS who has experience of working with and have the ability to ‘think outside the box’ by incorporating creative ways of learning to keep pupils engaged in education, if you are fed up of the classroom and large groups of children and looking for a smaller intervention of one to one education, Now Education would like to hear from you.

The role would require you to work in a specialist provision, working with small groups of 1 to 6 pupils for full time or part time (Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30), * You must have the ability to teach up to GCSE level in one of the three core subjects, Maths, English or Science.

  • Be available from 08.30 am – 3.30 pm, Monday – Friday

  • You must have a genuine passion for working with pupils to aid their education and development.

  • Motivated and driven with the ability to be flexible.

  • Be attentive and an empathetic listener.
