Now Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Waterloo (L22) who are looking to appoint a dedicated Year 1 Teaching Assistant from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment and make a meaningful impact supporting pupils at a key stage in their development.
The Role:
- Provide classroom support within a Year 1 setting
- Deliver 1:1 and small group SEN support, including pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD and speech social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored support strategies
- Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

- Previous experience working within a UK primary school
- Experience supporting SEN pupils is highly desirable
