We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to join our educational team. We need a teacher to cover PSHE with planning provided. The ideal teacher will have excellent behaviour management as the pupils have come out of mainstream for 20 weeks to help build up their confidence and find a new setting.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in lesson planning and delivery.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching children or young adults.
- Experience with special educational needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
