Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising pupils with SEND, ensuring their safety, including before and after school and in break times
  • Helping with delivering plans suitable to each pupil's learning objectives
  • Promote good behaviour and encourage pupils to take accountability for their actions
  • Preparing and maintaining learning resources and assisting pupils to use them
  • Building trusting relationships with all pupils and promoting inclusion and acceptance
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of Special Education Needs, including autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties
