Key Responsibilities:- Supervising pupils with SEND, ensuring their safety, including before and after school and in break times
- Helping with delivering plans suitable to each pupil's learning objectives
- Promote good behaviour and encourage pupils to take accountability for their actions
- Preparing and maintaining learning resources and assisting pupils to use them
- Building trusting relationships with all pupils and promoting inclusion and acceptance
- Good understanding of Special Education Needs, including autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties
