About the Role:

  • Support pupils with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs within the classroom and around the school
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
  • Act as a positive role model and mentor, building strong relationships with pupils
  • Support pupils in regulating behaviour and engaging with learning
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources
  • Promote a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
