We are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy residential housing development in Nottingham.
Location: Nottingham
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time (Site Hours)
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full PPE
- Previous pre-plaster experience is essential
- Previous experience working on housing/residential construction sites
- Strong understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Duties:
- Carrying out pre-plaster work, including mastic removal, cleaning plots, and preparing properties for plastering
- Assisting trades on site as required
- Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
- Moving materials around the site
- Supporting the site management team
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
