We are currently recruiting for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy residential housing development in Nottingham.

Location: Nottingham

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: Full-time (Site Hours)

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full PPE
  • Previous pre-plaster experience is essential
  • Previous experience working on housing/residential construction sites
  • Strong understanding of site health and safety
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Duties:

  • Carrying out pre-plaster work, including mastic removal, cleaning plots, and preparing properties for plastering
  • Assisting trades on site as required
  • Keeping the site clean, safe, and tidy
  • Moving materials around the site
  • Supporting the site management team
  • Adhering to all health and safety procedures
