We are currently recruiting for an experienced CPCS Gateman / Traffic Marshall to work on a busy housing development in Derby.
Location: Derby (various sites)
Start Date: Immediate
Hours: Full-time (typically from 7:15am)
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS / NPORS Card
- Traffic Marshal / Banksman qualification (preferred)
- Full PPE
- Previous experience working as a Gateman on construction sites
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Duties:
- Controlling access to and from the site
- Greeting and signing in visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Directing vehicles safely on and off site
- Maintaining site security and keeping accurate records
- Assisting with general site duties when required
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times
