Novus Cambria is seeking a Work Coach at HMP Berwyn to guide prisoners through learning, work, and progression pathways. You will deliver one-to-one guidance and small group sessions within education and on the wings, helping learners identify realistic progression goals that reduce reoffending.
The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) with safeguarding in place; a DBS check is required and Welsh language is desirable to support a bilingual setting.
