Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a teaching qualification and where applicable, relevant subject specialist qualification – with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
- Hold a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- Have experience in creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
- Have previous track record showing achievement of quality targets
- Have successfully produced accurate and timely reports
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Can motivate and enthuse learners
- Have organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and targets
- Demonstrate positive team working
