We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, working at HMP Stafford as a Vocational Skills Curriculum Manager, managing the vocational curriculum in Construction, Industrial Cleaning, Hospitality & Catering and Work-Based Learning. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

Site Information: HMP Stafford is a notable Category C men's prison, situated in Stafford, Staffordshire. Established in 1793, the prison has evolved significantly over the centuries. The prison offers extensive support and educational programs aimed at reducing reoffending rates.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Hold a Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
- Hold a Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
- Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
- TAQA Internal Verifier Award / V1 or equivalent (Desirable)
- Level 4 or equivalent subject specialism or vocational qualification (Desirable)
- Have experience of implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
- Have a track record of successful partnership working
- Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an ability to motivate and enthuse teams
- Have excellent organisational skills to prioritise workload, and meet challenging deadlines and targets
- Have experience of analysing trends and identifying impact on curriculum
- Have good IT Skills
