The LTE Group is seeking an experienced Reward Business Partner to join our People Team for a fixed-term maternity cover until December 2027.

The role is full-time (37 hours) with hybrid working, two days on site at our Openshaw campus in Manchester.

You will support reward strategy, salary modelling, benefits management and recognition initiatives.
