Novus is recruiting a Learning Needs Support Practitioner for HMP Hewell, Redditch, on a permanent full-time basis (37 hours per week). You will work with learners to identify support needs, develop practical strategies, and deliver tailored one-to-one and small-group support to help learners engage, progress and succeed.
Applicants should have Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, plus a Level 2 qualification in Hidden Difficulties or be willing to work toward it, and a track record
